Job description
Note: This position is for 3 Months Contract
- Laptop Collection: Must be collected in person from Bangalore or Hyderabad
- Shift: 24×7 (Primarily Night Shift)
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in relevant roles
- Immediate joiners only
- Interview Process: Glider assessment + 1 virtual interview round
- Glider Assessment will be released by the end of the day
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage time and attendance matters across multiple buildings
- Handle trouble ticket queues for time and attendance issues
- Ensure fast, accurate, and reliable data entry
- Resolve incoming inquiries related to time and attendance
- Understand attendance policies, employee groups, and applicable laws
- Report directly to the Time and Attendance Manager or POC
