Job Details

As a Content / Prompt Reviewer on our Data Annotation team, you will be part of a global group of subject-matter experts and AI specialists responsible for evaluating, refining, and improving AI-generated content. Your work will directly contribute to the quality, safety, and alignment of AI models.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing, evaluating, and refining prompts and AI-generated responses to improve accuracy, clarity, coherence, tone, and alignment with intended use cases
  • Creating and validating high-quality training datasets to support the development and fine-tuning of AI models
  • Annotating and labeling text-based data in accordance with established guidelines, quality standards, and ethical considerations
  • Identifying and correcting issues related to grammar, syntax, structure, factual consistency, and style in both human-authored and AI-generated content
  • Assessing content to ensure AI outputs align with human values, safety standards, and policy requirements
  • Providing detailed feedback and rationale to support model improvement and iterative training processes
  • Achieve target KPIs, including daily job count, average handle time per job, and specified production hours.
