Job Description
- This is a WFH role for a Flight Expert at MakeMyTrip. The Flight Expert will be responsible for assisting customers with Flight bookings and providing comprehensive information to the customers. The role also involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieving Monthly Goals 100% focus on Sales.
- Seamless interface for cross-functional follow-ups.
- Ensure complaint resolution within specified time frame, ensuring a Healthy NPS for the company.
- Relationship management with customers and key accounts.
- Sales Hygiene
- Adherence to operational guidelines as trained.
Essentials:
- Qualifications: Any Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in travel or sales background.
- Computer Literate.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent sales skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of GDS.
- Good Numerical Aptitude
- Should have demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
- Experience in travel, flight or sales industry.
