About the role

Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions around the world, delivering fast, thoughtful help when it matters most. They’re the voice of our customers, working closely with product teams to improve experiences and keep wow-level service at the heart of Revolut.

We’re looking for a Support Specialist who takes ownership of customer issues, thinks deeper to find solutions, and contributes to the way we support our customers every day.

To support our 24/7 coverage, this role may include night and weekend shifts, which are fully compensated.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing users with a seamless and secure customer experience
  • Delivering customer support via in-app live chat, phone, and email
  • Maintaining Revolut’s brand voice and professionalism in all digital interactions
  • Collaborating with international teams to resolve customer issues

What you’ll need

  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Japanese (JLPT Level 1 or higher)
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills for both written and verbal interactions
  • The ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner
  • Solid writing skills for clear and concise customer communication
  • Good numeracy and IT proficiency for handling data and tools effectively
  • High attention to detail in reviewing and handling customer queries
  • Solid analytical skills to identify patterns and root causes
  • A high level of empathy and customer-centric mindset
  • A self-motivated and adaptable team-player attitude
  • The ability to learn independently and solve problems autonomously

Nice to have

  • Experience in customer support
  • Fluency in other languages
  • Compensation range

Poland: PLN5,900 – PLN6,500 gross monthly*
Lithuania: €1,600 – €1,700 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and previous experience
