Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions around the world, delivering fast, thoughtful help when it matters most. They’re the voice of our customers, working closely with product teams to improve experiences and keep wow-level service at the heart of Revolut.

We’re looking for a Support Specialist (Labeling Studio) to work on sensitive KYC documents, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and customer support skills, excellent typing speed, and the ability to process large volumes of data efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reviewing and processing KYC documents with accuracy and confidentiality
• Performing face recognition and identity verification tasks
• Updating personal details in KYC records
• Reading, interpreting, and inputting information from documents
• Verifying transactions and related records
• Supporting tasks requiring basic accounting or finance knowledge
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and data privacy while handling sensitive information
• Supporting and coordinating with internal teams
• Escalating issues when required
• Completing assigned tasks on time with a focus on quality

What You’ll Need

• Fluency in English
• Proven typing speed with high accuracy
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work with confidential documents responsibly
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to identify discrepancies in documents
• Customer support skills with a professional and empathetic approach
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools
• The ability to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes.
• A high sense of ownership, confidentiality, and professionalism

Nice to have

• Experience in KYC/AML, document verification, or data labelling
• Understanding of basic accounting and transaction processes
