Job Opening Startek (Voice Process – BLINKIT Inbound Rider Support)

• Position: Voice Process (Inbound – 90% Riders, 10% Customers)
• Work Mode: Work from Home
• Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
• Experience: * Freshers & Experienced welcome

Shifts & Working –

• 6 days working (1 rotational week off, not Sat/Sun)
• Rotational shifts (Afternoon/Evening/Night, no morning)
• 9 hrs shift (8 hrs work + 1 hr break)
• Must log in 15 min before shift
• No planned leaves for the first 3 months & no festival leaves
• Salary -17KCTC TO 20KCTC

Requirements –

• Excellent Hindi & English communication
• Laptop, Mobile, Wi-Fi & Power backup mandatory*
• Must stay on camera full shift
• Immediate joiners preferred
