Process: E-COMMERCE Work from Home
- Customer Support Associate Tech Mahindra Work from Home
- Candidates should have the following system configuration
- Government Laptop not eligible
- Laptop with i5 & Ryzen processor, 10+GB RAM, and Windows 10 pro & above OS
- Broadband internet connection – Net speed of 30 MBPS or above
- Candidates should join the interview only using laptop
- Nature of Job: Domestic BPO Voice Inbound (Contractual Role)
- Shift: Rotational Shift and Rotational Week Off
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Working Hours: 9 hrs. of login (8 hrs. productivity + 1 hr. break)
- Language Requirements: – Regional Language: TAMIL
- Average English, ability to read
- Eligibility: Both Fresher and Experienced candidates
- Qualification: Graduation in any degree & Undergraduate
- Age -up to 30
Salary for fresher who have passed out from 2022 to 2025 you will comes under NATS/NAPS govt scheme there is no ESI PF benefits for you straight away you will get 11700 Take home salary
Experience Candidates: with minimum 6 months experience along with 3 months’ pay slips experience letter and offer letter will get 14000 Take Home you are eligible for ESI PF benefits,
Note: only if you are submitting Required experience paper with you only then we can consider you as experience or else will consider as fresher only and you will get fresher salary only.
