Job description
- Tech Mahindra is hiring for a premium Voice process
- This is a completely voice process, suitable for candidates with decent communication skills and solid BPO experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries through calls only
- Responding to customer concerns professionally and accurately
- Maintaining voice quality, TAT, and compliance standards
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective verbal communication
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any undergraduate/ Graduate (12th pass mandatory)
- Freshers and experienced both eligible
- Good command over verbal English
- Willing to work in rotational week-offs
- Ready for work-from-office setup
Work Details:
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week-offs
- Premium project with stable work environment
- Day shift for females
