Job Title: Academic Counselor

• Industry: Education (JEE/NEET Domain)
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM 8:00 PM
• Location: [REMOTE]
• Reporting To: Team Leader (TL)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor with strong knowledge of JEE/NEET preparation models. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students, handling inquiries, and driving end-to-end sales through effective communication and counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling to prospective students and parents.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students for JEE/NEET programs.
• Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and academic offerings.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to sales conversion.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the Team Leader.
• Follow up with prospective leads to maximize admissions.
• Assist students in making informed academic and career decisions.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Laptop and stable Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Strong knowledge of JEE/NEET curriculum and student requirements.
• Excellent communication skills (Regional Language / English preferred).
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to convert leads.
• Proven experience in end-to-end sales (education industry preferred).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
