- Typical Hours : 10am – 8pm (with breaks)
- Team Bliss (Chat-first, fast + crisp)

- Calls increase gradually based on customer preference.
- Shifts : 12pm – 9pm
Who We’re Looking For:
- Clear, empathetic communication: You can simplify without dumbing down.
- Customer instinct + backbone: Helpful, but not a pushover
- Detail orientation: Small errors create big claim problems later.
- Comfort with ambiguity: Real customer situations are messy
- English fluency : Other Indian languages are a plus
- Basic tech comfort: Tools, CRM-like workflows.
- No Insurance experience required. We’ll train you.

- If you’re new to insurance, we’ll train you from zero with a structured program. The goal isn’t “learn scripts”. It’s learning to think like an advisor who can sell ethically.
