We’re hiring a Relationship Manager Executive to join our Servicing team. You’ll help people find the right home, the right tenant, or the right buyer, without the burden of brokerage fees.

 

What You’ll Do

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be the trusted face of NoBroker for our paid customers. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Building lasting relationships: Earn the trust of paid customers and keep them engaged for the long term.
  • Understanding what people need: Listen closely, then offer tailored solutions to help customers find the right tenant or property.
  • Handling calls with confidence: Manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate with leads, and keep customers updated on their account progress.
  • Working smart: Use our internal tools and follow company guidelines to deliver fast, high-quality service.
  • Going the extra mile: Treat every customer interaction as a chance to exceed expectations.

 

What We’re Looking For

Education: Graduate or HSC qualified

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good numerical and analytical ability
  • Confident decision-making

Languages: English and Hindi are a must. Kannada, Tamil, or Marathi is a plus.

Technical skills: Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)

Work schedule: Day shift of 9 hours, between 8 AM and 10 PM. You should be comfortable working 6 days a week, with one weekday off.
